Prices are subject to change after one year. During initial term of your 12-month membership, you may cancel if you move more than 30 miles away from your originating Tuscan Sun location. Cancellations must be accompanied by written proof. During the auto renewal term, you may cancel anytime upon 30 days advance notice to the location at which your membership originated. Unused services must be used within 30 days of cancellation. Valid credit card for auto debit must be kept on file at your originating location. Members are required to notify the spa in writing of any changes to the credit card for auto debit. Forms may be found at the front desk of all Tuscan Sun locations. Any declined payment will be subject to a $15 service charge. You may cancel your appointment without charge at anytime before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50 percent of the service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled service, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. A one-hour session consists of a 50-minute massage/facial and time for consultation and dressing. Tuscan Sun is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. A Family Add-on is defined as any immediate family member who resides in the same household. Picture ID is required upon enrollment. Tuscan Sun reserves the right to change rules, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice. Tuscan Sun reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason.
