Position Available:
Tuscan Sun at Kimberley’s is currently seeking a knowledgeable and talented Assistant Salon & Spa Director to join our team of spa professionals! This is a full-time position. Training will be available to qualified applicants.
Position Overview:
- Interview and train prospective team members according to company standards
- Assist in leading Tuscan Sun at Kimberley’s team in a motivating manner
- Actively communicate the vision of Tuscan Sun at Kimberley’s to team members
- Ensure customer service, revenue, and efficiency goals and expectations are met and exceeded
- Resolve issues with clients and team members
- Maintain paperwork related to clients and team members
- Provide exceptional customer service to every client
- Assist with any cleaning tasks and daily responsibilities
- Attend regular staff meetings and training
Applicant Requirements:
- Must possess one to two years of experience in the salon and/or spa industry
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Proven ability to lead a large team
- Computer skills
