Tuscan Sun Spa & Salon is currently seeking talented Estheticians to join our team of spa professionals! Part-time and full-time positions are available, with career advancement and room to grow. Training will be available to qualified applicants.
$500 Sign-on Bonus for full-time positions
Position Overview:
- Demonstrate knowledge of skin types and products
- Tailor facials to the clients’ needs through our specialty services, enhancements and product lines
- Responsible for providing a variety of non-invasive services, such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, body treatments and waxing
- Providing makeup applications and lessons
- Assessing clients skin to evaluate suitability of treatments
- Recommend products for at-home skin-care routines
- Deliver quality results to customers in a timely manner
- Adhering to strict guidelines for health, safety, sanitation rules and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to every client
- Assist with any cleaning tasks and daily responsibilities
- Attend regular staff meetings and training
Applicant Requirements:
- Current and valid esthetician license
- At least 2 years’ experience (preferred)
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to sell products and up-sell services
